This policy statement sets the direction of Western Oils Industrial Solutions values, beliefs and commitment to health and safety.

Western Oils Industrial Solutions is committed ensure the health, safety and welfare of its employees, the general public and those who may be affected by its activities. We are also committed to continually improving our occupational health and safety performance, and, to the prevention of injury and Ill.

The company’s initial induction training will be used to communicate the health and safety policy and any other relevant health and safety information, including safety rules, procedures and instructions. Periodic refresher training, internal memos, toolbox talks, briefing sessions and posted notices will also be used to communicate the Health & Safety Policy, including changes to the Policy, and other relevant health and safety information.
Every employee has a responsibility for his own safety and for the safety of others and duty to co-operate with the employer.

Top level Management are responsible for ensuring that this policy is effectively established, implemented and maintained throughout the company. Accident prevention shall be considered of primary importance in all phases of operations
To provide current safety news, safety activities and reading materials, signs, and posters, which will be easily accessible to all employees.
